Ben Admin PS 9.2 - Health Care FSA deduction stopped at last years max not this years
We increased the Annual Amount someone can contribute to the FSA from $2500 to $2750 during last years Open Enrollment (2021). This recent paycheck has EEs current deductions stopping once they hit the max of $2500, even though they elected $2750 during open enrollment and their election in FSA shows the $2750.
Where is the system seeing the $2500 max? I have updated the Benefit Program Table and the FSA Plan Attributes Table. Is there somewhere I am missing?
