LP by Item Dimension Group - UoM Conversion Error

I'm getting a UoM Conversion Invalid error in P46011 when setting up U/M Definitions by Item Dimension Group. The error highlights Dimension UoM on the Capacity tab. The setup is required for License Plate processing.

What UoM conversions are required for entire Item Dimension Groups? Do all items in the Group need the same UoM conversions or primary UoMs?
