multiple units of measure in cardex

We are on E1 9.2.5.3. While trying to utilize JDE for some PowerBI reporting I am finding that the cardex contains multiple units of measure which is causing the QOH for some items to appear to be negative - we do not allow negative QOH in F41021 so the actual quantities are correct. My user wants reporting done against the F4111 only as this is meant to be the source of truth for all transactions. How do I get F4111 to only show transactions as primary unit of measure regardless of how it was purchased? For
