Facing a lot of problems after installed TR 9.2.4.6

Hi All,

We are facing a lot of problems after installed latest Tools release 9.2.4.6, we are not able to run any report locally on fat client, its prompting enter db userid and password and full package spec.dmp file is missing for full package.
