ACS (AXML) Not picking up the attributes which is update to Null

There is a item in agile that has a attribute A1 having value as V1, so all the downstream system connected to Agile ie. EBS,CPQ will have this value V1. Now user updated that attribute A1 value to Null and released a ECO, but axml file generated by Agile doest not contain that attribute A1 updated value as it is a Null so as per Agile design if a attribute value is updated as Null axml file will not contain those attributes but here all the downstream system has that old V1 value for that attribute A1, which is updated
