Copy the costs from the quote to the work order (budget) E1 9.1

We would like to copy the costs from the sales order quote to the work order budget. The aim is to create the original budget of the work order (P510121 W510121B WO Inquiry & Budget) based on the detail lines of the quote (P42101), even if the quote has not been released.

Is there any standard process that can do it? If not, which standard structures or resources could we use to create the functionality? Would it be possible to do it through the F0902Z1?

We are using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.1.5
