Repricing on order line

Hi Team,

We came across one issue where item prices has been set up properly but still prices are not updated on order line in F4211. Program P42950 is set up on scheduler for every hour. While checking this we found that price override code is updated 1 as user did some changes through sales order entry screen. So after blank out that program some orders updated with latest prices but some are still not updated. Can anyone please help me to understand how P42950 program works and which fields it consider to update the prices? What set up need to be
