autoupgrade datapatch failed: verify_queryable_inventory returned ORA-06502

Hello,

I am trying to migrate a 12.1.0.2 non CDB database to a version 19 (19.13) non CDB database using the autoupgrade tool (latest Version 20211115).

During the autoupgrade an error occurs when applying the datapatch for version 19

...

Connecting to database...OK

Gathering database info...done

Bootstrapping registry and package to current versions...done

Error: prereq checks failed!

verify_queryable_inventory returned ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: string buffer too small

Prereq check failed, exiting without installing any patches.

..

I found Oracle Support Note Doc ID 2593418.1 on this issue. The cause in this note is said to be:

Target oracle_home was not registered in central inventory . opatch lsinventory failed.

Howdy, Stranger!
