How is the proration of Benefits derived in the F0709?

Hello,

I know it is out there somewhere, but I can't locate it, but can someone provide me with an explanation of how a benefit or accrual is prorated in the F0709 during the payroll or interim process?

I know it has something to do with number of lines of time entry/job/hours, but a detailed explanation of the calculation of the proration would be most appreciated.
