Fat Client Logs on Desktop

I recently got a new JDE FAT Client. Now when I test applications locally, the e1root and jas logs are saved on my desktop. See the screen shot below.

On my old FAT client, they were saved to C:\E920\system\JAS\EA_JAS_80.ear\webclient.war\logs.

I'm running tools release E920 9.2.4.3.

Is there an ini setting to save on the C: drive instead of the desktop.
