Guard as Primary

Hello everyone

I've a single instance database with 3 Data guards.

my question is:

when my primary DB failed . I've just 3 data guard. at this time can I configure one of my 3 dataguard as primary and 2 another data guard be guards for my new primary??

OS : oracle linux 6.7 , 7.2

Database : 11g, 12c
