EBS 12.1.3 getting very slow after uprading database from 11gR2 to 19c

Dear All,


We are using EBS 12.1.3. 

Database: 11gR2

Upgrade to 19c: (Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production. Version 19.13.0.0.0)

OS: Oracle Linux: 4.1.12-124.52.4.el7uek.x86_64 #2 SMP Tue Jun 22 20:34:06 PDT 2021 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux.

We have just accomplished upgrading database to 19c on test instance before moving to Production. We followed:

document Interoperability Notes: Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 with Oracle Database 19c (Doc ID 2580629.1).

Oracle 19c - Complete Checklist for Upgrading to Oracle Database 19c (19.x) using DBUA (Doc ID 2545064.1).

Every thing went correct, EBS database is now 19c.

We did that at cloned instance from Production environment. We used to create such test instances from our production on test server. This test instance performance before upgrading was very acceptable.
