Error while building fndext.jar from p29559098_R12_GENERIC.zip

I am trying to rebuild the 'fndext.jar' on windows.

This 'fndext.jar' is present in 'p29559098_R12_GENERIC.zip'. I am following the instructions provided in 'E28169_02.pdf'.

I am getting an error as,

OIDAuthenticationProviderImpl.java:32: error: cannot find symbol ExtOIDAuthenticatorMBean extBean = <ExtOIDAuthenticatorMBean> mbean;

I am not finding this class. Any suggestions on which package to import for this class 'ExtOIDAuthenticatorMBean'.
