Batch Voucher Processor R04110ZA- can't find message

I understand messages that occur with this process show up in the Work Center for the user receiving the error. We have the above report showing that F0411z1 has existing errors but when I go to the Work Center, i cannot find the messages/errors. I cannot open any details for the batch in Voucher Journal Review to see what it is. How do I get the details on what the batch is and what employee it is affecting?
