Primavera EPPM API Question / Guidance

I apologize if this isn't the appropriate group....

Our BOOMI team is interested in interfacing with our EPPM v 18.8.8.0 installation.  Is the content found in https://docs.oracle.com/cd/F37125_01/index.htm and https://docs.oracle.com/cd/F37125_01/English/Integration_Documentation/rest_api/index.html

Is this content appropriate to interface with EPPM v 18.8.8.0?

Specifically, they are asking the Primavera team...

"...assume if that documentation [above] is correct for the primavera application it would apply to it whether on-prem or off [?]  We need someone to verify if this is correct however for what we are using and trying to integrate or if that is for something else....
