Dynamic Logo does not print in excel output.

Hello,

I have created an RTF template and added a logo which is fetched dynamically from a server location.PDF output will print the logo correctly, but if I print the output as excel it just shows as a red cross mark. This issue is only on jde web, locally in BIP desktop it works fine.

Since I need to burst the report I cant use the xls template.

Any idea why the logo does not print in web ?
