Tax Condition Sets - what table holds the chart values

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) Question

I have a lot of account ranges against condition sets and I would like to report the to and from values. I cannot find what table holds these values, they don't seem to be in

ZX_CONDITIONS_B or ZX_CONDITION_GROUPS

Does anyone know what table holds the chart values from and to?
