AR Archive and Purge Program

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Trying to test Purging historic data from EBS AR.As per doc (docs.oracle.com/cd/E18727_01/doc.121/e13522/T355475T385615.htm) , when you run the Archive-Preview Program and then review the Archive Summary Report, the document says "The Grand Total of the report should equal zero.". When we tried the Program (or very old closed period) , it generated the summary report, but the Grand total is not zero. Does that mean, we are doing some thing wrong ? Can someone advise or point to more documentation about the scenario. Appreciate assistance,
