Shipping Execution - EBS (MOSC)

Order Line Status = Shipped but on Shipping transaction = Interfaced

Product: Oracle apps version 12.1.3

Hi,

I have dozens of SO with

  • OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL.Flow Status Code = 'Shipped'
  • INVOICE_INTERFACE_STATUS_CODE = empty/null.
  • INVOICED_QUANTITY = empty/null,.
  • SHIPPED_QUANTITY = filled as actual order

However on Shipping Transaction Form the Line Status is 'Interfaced' with the Next Step 'Not Applicable'.

Based on this I can't transfer these order to AR, since it's not showing in autoinvice - interface lines, even after running workflow background with process deffered = 'Y'.

This is the first time happened.

Any help would be appreciated.
