Incidents from customized metric problem

Hi,

Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c Release 4 Update 9

We have created a customized metric which collects tablespace occupancy every 15 minutes. When available space in an user tablespace runs below the warning or critical value a cusomized incident rule in EMCC generates an incident and sends us an email notification about this alert.

The problem is, the incident will cleared every 15 minutes (this is the interval of collection) although the underlaying issue was not resolved (the occupancy value has not changed) and a new incident is immedietally created at the same time because of same cause as before.

So, as long the issue was not resolved by adding new datafiles we got an email every 15 minutes (Incident cleared => Incident created => Incident cleared => Incident created and so on).
