I have to install from scartch a database 19c on OL 8.5(kernel-uek-5.4.17-2136.301.1.4.el8uek.x86_64):

have I to install "DATABASE RELEASE UPDATE 19.13.0.0.0 (patch 33192793)" only or have I need any other patches to be updated?
