PeopleSoft 9.2 - W-2 Availability Notification Form Text
Hi, I'm sure this is an easily answered question.
In reviewing the Year-End documentation for 2021, it states that the W-2 Availability Notification (Text_Type "W-2 Form Available") is in the Year End Form Text table. Yet, when I look at this table, there is no such entry. Further, the documentation states that even though it's in the table, it is not used.
So, should this text_type be added in the table to allow the process to work (even though the text is not used) or is the documentation incorrect and we should not add this entry to the table? I have not yet tested this as we have email turned off globally in lower environments.
