Enrollment Date Changes w/ Life Event

Hello,

My company uses OAB and just upgraded to version 12.2 I think? But this issue has been happening for years.

Whenever a life event occurs between the New Hire life event and the benefit start date (First of month following 30 days) - the coverage and rate start dates change to the date of the life event.

For example:

15-JUN-2021 New Hire event processed and benefit elections should begin 01-AUG-2021 (with rate start date 11-JUL-2021)

01-JUL-2021 Salary Change life event processed due to COLA (but it could be ANY life event, this is just most common, the issue seems to be a life event coming in between hire and coverage starting).
