Oracle Client 19c Java update

How to upgrade minor version of Java in the Oracle Home Directory. I have seen several references to the knowledge article Doc ID 2286866.1, but this article seems to be unavailable in MOS. We have a requirement to upgrade both our Linux application servers that are using the Oracle 18c client as well as our Windows servers. Please let me know how this minor version of java that is part of the Oracle client 19c can be upgraded.
