Retroactive pricing for standard PO with decrease in price

Dears,

Have a nice day.

Kindly be informed that we enabled the retroactive pricing for standard PO, when we increase the line price; all things are fine and no issue occurs. And when we decrease it, the PO stuck at 'In-Process" status although all approvals approves the PO.

Please your support to handle the case of decreasing price.
