We have a requirement to charge different rate from a usage product as per following criteria:

a. If service is created before 2020, it should be charged different for a usage.

b. If service is created after 2021, it should be charged different for a usage.


Is there any way to implement this type of rating in ECE-PDC environment to lookup service attribute and derive rating based on this?
