From extension with Orchestrator attached does not work for a specific user

HI,

We have created a Orchestrator and has attached it to a form extension, it works perfectly for all users except for one. Where must I look in to troubleshoot the issue.

Apps- 9.2 Update 5

Tools - 9.2.5.2 32bit

Platform- Linux

DB- 19c
