Confirm Receipt Notification Can not be sent to Buyers?

I know the confirm receipt notification is being sent to Requestor and then to buyer, what can be done for not sending at all the notification to Buyers (But just for requestor or requestor manager if no reply) as Buyers don't want to get this notification.
