Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How can I convert from one item to another item?

For example I have bulk sugar in inventory and I would like I would like to convert from the bulk item to different package item.
