I am hoping someone has seen this before and provide some insight. We have applied the Windows bundle and datapatch, moved on to the JVM patch. The opatch apply was successful. 

apply: 33248785/24461378

The command window exits datapatch and remains a prompt. The dba_registry_sqlpatch never gets updated.
