Assignment Last Update Date

Hello,

I am working on a report with the intention of seeing terminations that were processed yesterday. I am trying to use the field "Assignment Last Update Date" and add a SQL Expression filter to see line items where the Assignment Last Update Date is equal to/is in CURRENT_DATE-1. However, after setting the time zone appropriately, it appears that this field is not accurately reflecting all changes made on the prior day. In the morning, the report will show results, but in the afternoon, the results are missing. Additionally, I have tried to modify the formula for
