In Create Accounting, when is the pa_cost_distribution_lines.program_update_date updated?

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered ✓

we have a mismatch between program_update_date and transferred_date in the pa_cost_distribution_lines table, it appears that when the cost is transferred to the GL, only the transferred date is updated, not the program_update_date , Can someone confirm this and tell us why?
