Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. ON multi-tenant EBS database, where one should run adupdlib.sql as per following step in note 2552208.1?

sqlplus / as sysdba @adupdlib.sql <libext>

Should it run while connected to EBS which is a PDB?

Or should it be run under root/CDB container?
