RMA Replacement Orders and Preferences

RMA defaults (P40052) has the shipping branch plant (MCU4) as a required field. On some items, there are commitment preferences set up to use a different branch plant.

I've confirmed that the version of P4210 that is being called from P40052 has the commitment preference activated, but the newly created SO is ignoring that and using the branch plant from the defaults.

Should preferences be working with RMA's?
