Hello,
We are on PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.58.
I need to allow an approver to approve both a departmental travel authorization and a union reimbursement travel authorization. The departmental TA is routed using the DEPT_ID. The union reimbursement is routed using CHARTFIELD2.
I cannot assign her user ID on the Approver Assignments page. When I try, I get the below message:
User ##### is already assigned to a profile with approver category APP.
A user may not be assigned to more than one profile with the same approver type category under the same business unit.
Is there any way to allow this?
