PSCS Org Default by Permission List Error

Running CS 9.2. UPD 22 on Oracle Linux 7.9. Unfortunately I am receiving an error when updating the Org Defaults by Permission List for CS. "North American payroll is not defined on the Installation Table (1000,526)


The current selection of North American Payroll for PAY SYSTEM FLAG is invalid because North American Payroll is not selected on the INSTALLATION TABLE."


On the Installation Table, I have selected US for the Installed HR Country.
