PeopleSoft eProcurement V9.2 PUM 37, PT8.58 Fluid. Trying to send POs from PS to OBN.

I have dispatched POs that have DISP_METHOD of EDX. The OUT_EC Stage tables are getting populated. But after the PO Dispatch runs, the Integration Broker is not invoking the Application Engine PV_ORD_OAG. The PSFT_ORACLE_SUPPLIER_NETWORK is Active and the Queues are running, Service Operations etc. are active.

Is there a step by step document that is available for all the specific steps to follow to have POs out of PeopleSoft sent to Oracle Supplier Network?
