Pricing on a Sales Order by VR01 Customer PO Number

Hi, using 9.2. Looking for a way to price a sales order detail line by the value that is in VR01 Customer PO field.

Is it possible to use maybe an order detail preference that would drive advanced pricing to generate a price? Or would agreements do that? I do not see VR01 Customer PO field in any of these applications as a way to determine pricing.

Any thoughts?
