When using EXPIRDATE in P95921, does the access end at 11:59PM on the date specified?

I am wondering if I use the date 12/15/2021 as an EXPIRDATE; does the user access end at 11:59 PM EOD the 12/15/2021 or does it end at 12:01 AM beginning of 12/15/2021?
