The non-lead registers are not displayed in the Xenvironment register panel

Hello, someone can advise me, a few days ago I made the change of a lead cash register using the Disaster Recovery tool of the Environment panel, however when I configure the new Lead cash register, it does not detect the non-lead cash registers that are in the branch.
