The non-lead registers are not displayed in the Xenvironment register panel

Hello, someone can advise me, a few days ago I made the change of a lead cash register using the Disaster Recovery tool of the Environment panel, however when I configure the new Lead cash register, it does not detect the non-lead cash registers that are in the branch. In Xstore there is no problem since the POS works without problems but when I perform the nightly maintenance the updates are not replicated correctly in the registers. I deleted the file "C:\environmentdata registrationdata.json" to see if they were detected again, but now I only see the lead register in the
