AM 9.2 Problem Using Spreadsheet Upload

Hello,

I am trying to load an asset using the delivered spreadsheet template (see attached). After I upload the file to the component, I see the following error:

Missing header row (Sequence Zero) (8850,167)

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
