Oracle 12.2.1.0 RAC performance issue,

Noticed below warning message in the DB alert log, which drains the system performance. can some one suggest how we can handle this..

Also noticed after this error, most of the select queries which are triggered from application access are throwing parse warnings in the alert log, this results in slow down the system gradually,
