Running a report in Smart View, check box access

Hello,

We have Reports 11.2.5 and Smart View 20.x00. One user is running a report in Smart View and they need to check the "All Pages" and "Split Pages across worksheets" check boxes, as shown below. For this user, the check boxes are disabled. For me and others, they are enabled. The data source is HFM. I assume this is a permission issue somewhere but cannot find the difference. Do you know what we need to do so this user can check these boxes?
