Credit Check in P4210 called by P4915 Transportation Ship Confirm

Client uses Transportation Shipment Approval to release sales orders into the warehouse (update next status to 540). They want to do credit check at this point. Hence, the P4210 version called by P4915 is set up to apply the C1 hold. The credit limit and the C1 hold code are set up correctly. When the order is edited in the P4210 version directly, it goes on C1 hold, but not when the same version is called by P4915.

Should credit checking work if P4210 is called by another application like Transportation Shipment Approval P4915 or Backorder Release P42117?
