Intermittent ORA-12535, accessing 2 node RAC, using SCAN, from behind firewall, using NAT

Hi

We are experiencing intermittent ORA-12535, when accessing a 19.7 2 Node RAC cluster. The issue only appears to happen when the client is using the SCNA name as part of the connect string, is behind a firewall, and NAT'ing is in place. The issue does not appear to occur when using the database VIP's instead of the SCAN name.

Traces show that successful connections return the VIP name in the redirect packet, but unsuccessfull attempts contain the un-NAT'd VIP address in the redirect packet, which the client cannot access.

We have actioned 397393.1

Any thoughts on how best to progress ? Raised an SR, but Oracle seem intent on ignoring it, despite several requests for updates.
