ODA X4-2 decommission, ILOM Remote Console will not stay up, disappears

We have removed our old X4-2 ODA from the network and are looking to surplus them. We put them in a standalone network and can get to the ILOM, but when we launch the remote console, it would download the jnlpgenerator file and then the blank window opened and disappeared immediately.

Tried pointing to a new javaws, but same reason.

Any thoughts as to what could be the problem?
