How to know who has picked the SO in release sales order?

Hi,

How to know who has picked the SO in release sales order?

If the SO has a order level credit hold and person is trying to release the sales order and as there is a hold at SO is not getting released which is expected

Is there anywhere this is info is stored as the who is the person who has done the release?

If a move order is released we can identify, but here as the MO is not generated how do we know who has tried the pick release

Please advise
