Purchase Order Print Issue

Oracle 12.2.6

When attempting to print a standard purchase order it completes in error

REP-2103: Column 'pll_ship_address_line1' : PL/SQL formula returned invalid value or no value.

We print a previous PO from the same supplier and no issues. The PO prints as expetced

Has anyone seen this issue before?
