RFP: Is there a way to limit Proposal Management tab view after bid closure?

Hi,


Currently, after a bid due date has past, the Proposal Management tab can be viewed by anyone with permission to view RFP. Is there a way to still limit the Proposal Mangement tab view to only the task assignee after the bid due date/bid closure (similar to when the bidding is active)?
