Row Actions in Receivable Oracle Enterprise Command Center

Could anyone please let us know if we can display an invoice copy from desktop/server location using the Row Action in Oracle Receivable Enterprise Command Center.

Existing Functionality:

If we click on the preview (please refer screenshot) in the dashboard result table it opens the invoice pdf in new window (seeded template)

Requirement/Question:

Can we display an invoice copy from our desktop/server location using the Row Action (by changing url or something) in Oracle Receivable Enterprise Command Center.
